Customer Care Coordinator

in Customer Care Centre Estonia

General scope of responsibilities:

Support customers and sales team with order processing, general queries, stock levels, logistics and basic product information;
Be the first point of contact for external and internal customers.

Requirements

University education, preferably Technical, Logistics or Economics;
Minimum 3 year of experience in customer care, customer service field or logistics;
Fluency of written and spoken Estonian, Russian and English;
PC literacy (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, iScala);
Excellent communication skills and abilities to handle complex situations;
Good team-player ability with an analytical thinking and customer centric attitude;
Strong interpersonal abilities, good proven experience to achieve results, positive ambition for high performance and commitment.
